We want you to love your Petite & Curvy London purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
Returns Policy
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns are free at the moment but may be chargeable in the future.
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@petiteandcurvy.com to request a return label.
- Print the label and attach it to your package.
- If you don’t have a printer, you can use the Returns QR code and take your packed parcel to a Royal Mail post office. They will print the label for you.
- Drop your package off at any Royal Mail post office.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please return your parcel and make a new order on our website.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
