Welcome to Petite & Curvy London. These Terms & Conditions of Sale set out the agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and us (“we”, “us”, “our”) when you purchase goods from our website www.petiteandcurvy.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions
- Goods – the apparel and accessories we sell.
- Order – a request to purchase goods placed through our website.
- Contract – the agreement formed when we accept your order.
3. Ordering Process
- Orders are placed by following the checkout process on our website.
- Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean it has been accepted.
- Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email stating that the goods have been dispatched.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, for example, if goods are unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
4. Prices & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and are added to your total before payment.
- We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, GPay.
- Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
5. Delivery
- We currently deliver within the UK only. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
- Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address provided.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., postal strikes, customs checks).
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (cooling-off period) unless the goods are exempt (e.g., personalised or hygiene-sensitive items such as underwear or bodysuits if unsealed).
- To return goods, they must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- You have a right to return the products if they are unsuitable. Returns are charged at £3.50.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods.
- We do not offer exchanges.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange this.
- We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
8. Product Descriptions & Sizing
- We take care to ensure all descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations in colour may occur due to different screen settings.
- All sizing information is provided as a guide – please check our size charts before ordering.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content, including images, text, designs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Petite & Curvy London and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content under any circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your purchase, except where required by law.
- Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the price paid for the goods.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
- We will only use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By placing an order, you agree that we may store and process your information to fulfil your purchase.
12. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in place at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
